Last updated November 2026. Plain-language summaries of how SolPay handles reservations and card issuance.
SolPay collects the details you provide when reserving a card — your name, email address, country and chosen card design — so we can contact you about availability in your region.
We do not sell personal data. Reservation details are stored for onboarding purposes only and are deleted on request.
Card payments are processed by our issuing and programme partners. On-chain transactions are public by nature; SolPay never asks for a wallet seed phrase or private key.
A reservation is an expression of interest. It creates no account, no card and no financial obligation, and does not guarantee issuance.
Card issuance is subject to eligibility checks, regional availability and acceptance of the full cardholder agreement at the time of onboarding.
SolPay does not provide banking, deposit, investment or custody services. Digital assets held in your own wallet are not insured and may lose value.
